About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and your enquiries through it. Services themselves are provided under a separate written agreement — a scope and quote — agreed before work starts. Where those documents and these terms overlap, the written agreement wins.

Quotes and agreements
Prices are quoted per project or per resource arrangement, in euros (€), and confirmed in writing. A project starts only after you approve the written scope and quote. If the work needs to change, we price the change before doing it.
Hosting and ongoing services
Managed hosting and support arrangements run as subscriptions on the terms set out in their written agreement — including what the service includes, how it is priced, and how either side can end it. Outages or changes outside our reasonable control (for example, failures of upstream providers) can affect these services; our commitments are limited to those stated in the written agreement.
Payment
Invoices are issued by email and are payable on the terms stated on them. Nothing is charged through this website.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds follow the written agreement for your project or subscription. Your statutory rights are not affected.
What you own
On payment, the deliverables we create for you — code, content, designs — belong to you, along with the accounts and infrastructure they run on. Tools and components we license from others stay under their licences.
Responsibility
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except where the law says otherwise, our responsibility is limited to the fees paid for the specific work giving rise to a claim. We are not responsible for outcomes outside our control.

Governing law
These website terms and the services of the company are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
